The item arrived as described. I'm not sure if it was brand new, never used open box, but it was in really good condition. The shipping was very fast and arrived sooner than anticipated. There is a 30 day return policy which eases my mind a bit and I hope that I don't have to use it.
Fingers crossed, but all in all an excellent transaction.
